Website Consulting
Sometimes the right first step is advice, not a rebuild.
We offer independent website consulting — technical and SEO audits, platform selection advice, and budget or roadmap planning — for businesses deciding what to do next, whether or not that ends with us building it.

Second-Opinion Reviews
An outside read on a proposal or an existing site before you sign anything.
When consulting makes more sense than a rebuild
Consulting engagements tend to come up in a few recurring situations: a business inherits a site nobody currently understands, a team is comparing several agency proposals and wants a neutral technical read before committing budget, or leadership isn't sure whether the site's underperformance is a technical problem, a content problem or a marketing problem — and wants that diagnosed before spending on any single fix.
In all of these, the value is in an honest, prioritized answer rather than a sales pitch for a rebuild the situation may not actually need.
What a consulting engagement actually delivers
A typical engagement produces a written, prioritized findings report — the same structure we use internally: critical issues first, then high, medium and low priority items, each with a plain explanation of impact rather than jargon. Where relevant, we add a platform or vendor recommendation memo and a realistic budget and timeline range for whatever comes next.
We're explicit that this isn't a disguised sales process: if another agency's proposal is genuinely sound, we say so rather than manufacturing objections, and the report is yours to act on with anyone, not conditional on hiring us for the build.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this only useful if I'm not hiring you for the build?+
No — many clients use it as pre-project scoping before we build together, and others use it entirely standalone with no further engagement.
How much does it cost?+
SAR 3,000 to SAR 12,000 for a one-off audit or consulting engagement, depending on site size and scope, excluding 15% VAT.
Will you evaluate proposals from other agencies?+
Yes, and we do it in good faith — if a competing proposal is genuinely solid, we'll tell you that rather than manufacturing reasons to prefer our own.
How long does an engagement take?+
One to three weeks for most audits, depending on site size and how much stakeholder input is needed.
Do you offer ongoing advisory, not just a one-off report?+
Yes, as a retainer for businesses that want an outside technical opinion available on an ongoing basis.
Do you consult on sites outside Saudi Arabia?+
Our focus is the Saudi and wider GCC market — we can discuss other markets case by case, but that's not our core expertise.
