We quote a fixed price in writing after a free thirty-minute scoping call — contact us and we will send one, usually within 48 hours.
What happens if my website gets hacked?+
Under a maintenance retainer we restore from a clean backup, identify and close the entry point, and provide a written incident report. Response speed depends on your tier.
Do you maintain websites you did not build?+
Yes. We start with a technical and security audit so both sides know the condition of the site before agreeing a retainer.
How often are backups taken?+
Daily as standard, retained off-site, with restores tested periodically. More frequent backups are available for ecommerce and transactional sites.
Are content updates included?+
Most retainers include a monthly allowance of hours for content updates and small changes. Larger work is quoted separately.
Can I cancel a maintenance retainer?+
Yes, with 30 days' notice. We hand over access, documentation and backups on exit rather than making departure difficult.
